Randall maintained a very high level of communication, keeping us informed of many of the positive things and when there were issues that needed to be resolved. Overall, the process went ok. Exceptions were the assessor that charged extra money and was late in delivering his assessment, last minute and urgent requirements from the underwriters of the loan, and a lack of coordination between the escrow company, our real estate agent and the loan company. All ended ok, but it could have been done in a much more methodical method.

There were some hiccups along the way but Patricia came to the table with solutions and options every time. That to me was very important as she was solution oriented. Patricia and her team were focued on the end game which was to close which made the house buying process less worrisome.
