Ethan was not only persistant but when i was actually ready to proceed he was quick and proficient in his work. He kept me informed to whatever it was they needed from me and let me know when they received it. He was always pleasant and professional but more than that he seemed to be a really nice guy , it was like dealing with a friend,not just someone running you through their system. In the end business is business and I was just another customer,but the difference was , I didn’t feel it!
