I have worked with Michael in the past and had great experiences, so much so that I referred him to friends. This time, however, I received incorrect information about the mortgage that seriously hampered the process. Worst, I had to pay significantly more out of pocket because of the incorrect information about the loan amount provided by Michael.

Dave and Adriana were awesome, the appraisal company used was terrible. If I had their name I would review them online. We will use New American again only if the appraisal company used for our refinance is no longer used by New American Funding.
