There was documentation that was not needed in which I had great difficulty in obtaining and faxing over in a brief amount of time. Asked for duplicate documents, several times, if someone just seriously had read the documents, I wouldn’t have had to re fax them. He was pleasant, communicated a lot and well and I am appreciative that he helped get me approved for the loan.
