It was above you and Arin. It was as though underwriting folks didn't have a clue on how to work together. I would let you and Arin handle my friends, Family and myself on anything we buy but it got really crazy when they ask for things that they had. That was unnecessary stress and had my wife in tears so pverall you and Arin was the bright point in our business.
