Tammie anticipated each of the steps in acquiring a mortgage and was there ahead of the curve. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. There was only one thing she could have done to make the experience a little better (and it was a good experience for our first time taking out a mortgage) and that's the "no update" update. I know I did this as a rep for the telco but people like to be contacted even if you have no additional information. It lets them know that they're not forgotten.
