Lisa Fields was great to work with; she maintained a good attitude and was very helpful in answering any question I had and assisting with any issue during the process. At the closing when we were informed that the scanner at the title company was down she was prepared enough to take pictures of the documents necessary with her cell phone and send them where needed. This avoided a delay in the closing process.
