Helen was great, professional and positive. Forms were a bit confusing but she helped me through them. I do think that, although language in the forms is likely confusing for anyone not in the business, that they could be more straightforward. Example: I received a list of my costs and the sellers' costs, but the sellers' costs were incomplete. I can understand getting a complete list of the sellers' costs, or none at all, but something in between was odd and misleading. Otherwise, all good!

The fact that he and is colleagues stayed in contact with me every step of the way... assisting in every way they could until the keys was placed in my hand. Going out the way if I was asked... all which made me being a home owner possible
