Well, It was a very rocky start with another lender. My realtor Michelle Limones, then encouraged me to "hang in there", I had lost hope by this time. She referred me to Roy, that was hopeful, then we hit bumps in the road. I was loosing hope again, but Roy assured me he would do all that he could to make it happen. I am so grateful I hung in there, which would not have been possible without the tremendous support I received from Roy, and Michelle. I am now in my casita, and lovin it!
