Edwin made himself available through all lines of communication, including texting his personal number from day one. He patiently worked with us even while we were out of the country and had to find ulternative ways to submit what was needed in a timely manner.

My problem wasn’t with Florence. It was the communication disconnect between the underwriter and Florence. Being a first time home buyer there wasn’t enough information! There was a big break down. I found out only a few days before closingthat we could not use a considerable amount of money we would have definitely used my money for the payment. For this I had a horrible closing. I would recommend Florence anytime but the establishment not so much.
