Loan process seems to always be challenging with many surprises. Although challenged by expectation to upload reams of signed data, my own vacation during the process and then C-19, never the less, Robin and Michelle never lost their composure and drive to success on the targeted close date. Ultimately, they helped me to keep my favorable rate lock, so truly appreciate the extra effort. Kudos, ladies!

Joy was wonderful to work with. We were able to ask her questions anytime of the day and she would get back to us right away. She also helped us out so much being first timers who knew nothing about this process at all. We always left feeling more empowered and having more knowledge, she never made us feel confused.
