Michelle did a lot of work finding the right program for us. Even when something came up or fell through, she worked to find a way for us to get our house with as little down as possible. While I will admit, escrow took about a month longer than we anticipated, everything came together well in the end. Michelle (or Beth) were always in communication and timely with a response to our questions.

Any of my complaints are not with Logan, his staff but rather the lender. Logan and the staff navigated as best as possible through difficult waters. I think with a different lender the process would have been extremely easy and painless. I also think this specific lender would not be suggested going forward(problem solved). Logan and staff stayed on top of every twist and turn and kept us well informed(as best they could).
