This is the second time I’ve worked with Steve. I had a good experience the first time around and even better this time. What really impressed me was that Steve would actually answer my phone calls or at least give me a call back at a reasonable amount of time. Another thing was he would take the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed.

Lee and the team walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. I worked with Leslie and Theresa in the office, and they were professional, friendly and efficient. Very disappointed the way things progressed when Joanna Roberts passed the loan over to Ashley Adams. The process took far too long to administer (over 2 months). This caused me to plan on certain aspects to make my March mortgage payment late. I then tried to explain the situation. Then it took another two weeks to get a response. This shows a lack of communication on your part. Anytime I needed help, I called on Joanna Roberts, she handled all communications promptly.

Scott kept us informed during the process and responded to any questions we had. My only disappointment was when we locked in our rate, it never went down after that, which is certainly not the fault of Scott or his support staff.
