Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty. This is an onerous process and is fraught with nonsensical requests for information, all this could VERY easily could lead one to drop out of the re-fi process; it is that frustrating and often makes the client wonder if it is worth the savings... However mark and his team do what it takes. This is admirable.
