This survey should include both Bart and Wendy as she was who I was dealt with more deeper into the process. My initial contact with Bart, though, put me at ease. Both Bart and Wendy were very professional, answering my questions in a timely manner, and doing their best to get me a great rate on our home loan. To be fair, my experience with all three local lender options was very good, and it was going to be hard to tell any one of the lenders that I would be going with someone else.
