The level of availability and knowledge of staff to answer questions and make informed decisions all along the process. Additionally we really liked that Staff used creative methods( due to the COVID-19 garbage) to answer our questions. Patrick sending us the eecorded white-board / tele-conference video was nothing shy of AMAZING and SUPER helpful! Your Staff deserve kudos for not only making the re-financing process tolerable, but actually making it (dare I say it ..) PAINLESS.
