GLENN HOCH is a personable, comfortable & enthusiastic lender to work with on our mortgage refinance. While the initial documentation had an error (correct name), Glenn resolved the issue through his assistants/staff. This was a detail issue left in limbo for sometime. That tiny detail was disturbing to me. Now I am an educated elderly client. Mortgages are completed in the 2020 computer age! Glenn was patient & kind, understanding the limits of my computer skills. He’s cool! 5 Stars!
