Ed was knowledgeable, communicative, and patient. However, the underwriting process was disjointed and frustrating. It appeared that there was no communication, such that I found myself repeating things I had told others before. Also, the underwriter seemed as though he/she was oblivious to the current, global situation and, while we had all documents in and our down payment transferred well before closing, we were not able to close and get keys until almost 5pm on our closing date.
