Aaron was great, always quick to respond to my questions and usually outside of normal business hours ( a huge blessing!!!). A majority of my communications was with Chrissy Williams and she was OUTSTANDING!!! She was straight forward, honest and never made me feel stupid when I asked questions. A few hiccups with last minute paperwork requests but my guess is that might be normal??

Although there were many bumps in road, what with the virus and the LA riots i don’t feel any were Elllen’s fault. I was a little disappointed to see that HUD had changed policy, but i can also see why. The verification was the hardest part especially considering how deeply in debt we were some could not be verified by the third party and other arrangements made. All and all it took the better part of 6 hours over two days to satisfy this new HUD conditions. We are finally in our new home in AZ
