I was set up with this lender and agent by my realtor. Kati was great in handling our closing, with quick responses to all of my questions, and on top of sending me paperwork to complete. My only complaint is there seemed to be slow communication between the underwriters and other parties involved, such as the title agency. But otherwise a great help in buying my first house!

We had a good experience though out the loan process expect when it came to the end when I was told at the beginning this loan was at no cost to me! I said great sign us up! Than at the end We where told we had to pay the closing cost of 841.00! Wasn’t expecting that yes we are paying less each month! But say what you mean and mean what you say
