I felt Bart & Wendy were super helpful in getting my new home loan. I was able to deal with just 1-2 people. Everytime I called I was able to talk to the SAME people. A very different experience from my previous lender.

He and his team were on the ball, and very communicative with me. I had some aggressive timelines to hit (short turnaround on some to-dos, to get to closing on time intact), and his team got me there (even though I threw a couple curveballs at them). =)

The team was really patient with us and tried to constantly do what was best for us. Because we were moving out of state and into NM it was quit an exhausting process but they were so helpful every step of the way and really tried hard to make sure we loved what we got.

The only issue I had is that until signing was complete I did not find out that I also have to pay mortgage insurance which clearly still saves me some money monthly but overall amount was not what I was told it was anticipated when I started the process but otherwise Anthony is great and I wish him best of luck. He’s very responsive, answers emails and questions all the time, and processesed this pretty quickly
