Chris responded quickly to our inquiry about refinancing. He was great throughout his part of the process. However, once our application was moved to underwriting, we had a lot of trouble getting information or even acknowledgement of our questions. It was not until Leanne Huddleston took over the process that things began to happen. She too was very good - helpful and responsive.
