For this particular transaction, the star was Martha Nolasco. I know what it takes to get a transaction closed in 30 days, and if it had not been for Martha, I'm not sure we would've had the patience to remain in this deal. Her diligence in ensuring that all the documents we needed were completed coupled with her excellent customer service and knowledge, was bar none.
