Michelle is wonderful. I really enjoyed working with her. As a result of circumstances outside Michelle's control or area of responsibility, my process was not a smooth. But, Michelle stayed very actively involved and had to intervene to get it back on track several times. She was professional and persistent and creative. She really worked to make sure it got done. And she was easy to work with the whole time.
