First, my original experience was not so great. It took so long to get our refi process due to poor management. Our file was clean and we have outstanding credit. Without getting into the nitty-gritty, Ryan King did step up when our file was turned over to him. His loan processor, Tina Toulouse, was fabulous! They both responded quickly to my questions and stayed on top of the loan. Thank you for stepping up and getting our file closed! I just wish it didn't take three months to process.

Justin was available when I have questions or concerns. He is knowledgeable. He works well with my Realtor. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

All though Joanna is always busy, we always were able to talk when ever I need something. Just to be clear on the one question that I didn't rate great is no reflection on Joanna. I was referring to other people connected with the company, not Joanna. She was truly GREAT!
