Kristopher was my loan officer throughout the process of refinancing our condominium. I appreciate him for his help to achieve the desired lower interest has to offer! Greg and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. Some issues: there was some inimical confusion about the complexity of the underwriting (as I suspected, in fact it wasn't complex at all), and, later, some administrative trouble over who the closer on the loan was (we went through three in a week). Even with those troubles, it was good experience.
