She kept us informed on what was happening. You need to remember that old people are not so good with a computer. You need to tell us every step. I said we would go sign so this would not happen and the amount of time i spent on the computer doing this loan was great. I thought if i dropped off the papers needed that would be that. But no it just kept giving.

I mainly interacted with Deb. She was extremely kind friendly and more importantly patient with me through all of this. Answered any and all questions that I had. It was alot to take in with it being my first time buying a home but she didn't make me feel lost on what to do. I cant thank her enough!
