Steve was great and the process was good. It was a bit annoying and repetitive to be asked for a few documents then 20 minutes later be asked for even more. It would have been better just to send a list of primary documents needed so we could have submitted them all at once. The communication could have been a little better when things changed and problems became apparent but other than those two things the process was great and really easy.
