Tonya was enjoyable to work with and very responsive to questions. Level of information up front was at times not as thorough as I would have liked. The closing costs seemed to be somewhat high, though really don't have a comparison. Looking forward to a recast when we sell our current home - how smoothly that goes would influence my overall satisfaction as well

Brook Bergh was great! It was the others I dealt with. Never responding Monet Rodriguez. I would never get an answer out of her. The appraisal came in way lower then it should have. I even received a second opinion on our own, and they stated it shouldnt have been that low. The amount i was supposed to get dropped over half. Lost my paperwork after signed and fed exd..so had to do it all over again.
