Josh was extremely professional and friendly, very helpful, supportive, respectful and reassuring. He was quick to reply and follow-up when necessary. We had some bumps and delays, which were somewhat inconvenient and costly, but Josh took ownership of the entire process for us, and he guided us and reassured us. As a matter of fact, had it not been for Josh, we would have likely called it off midway through and started elsewhere. But he guided us through to satisfactory completion.
