Working with Taylor Wilkinson was fantastic! We got the final closing documents 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing, with the amount needed for the cashiers check, due to delayed timelines with the underwriter. We were really disappointed with that.

This is not toward Delaram, this is regarding my experience with Christian Beltran. The communication was severely lacking, it felt like I had to pull teeth to get updates and info from him. It was extremely stressful considering this was the first time we bought a home. I would not recommend him as a loan officer to anyone.
