My closing experience was challenging. It appeared last minute obstacles between New American and the closing attorneys had communication problems which resulted in my frustration. However, if these problems could be prevented, then it would, then better experience,would lead to better rating. However, Alex was great throughput the whole process. I appreciated his honest communication and hard work down to the end to make my closing happen.

NAF was given about 3 weeks to pull this deal together after the lender we were trying to go with dropped a bomb after 5 months of working with them in telling us that they didn’t insure manufactured housing when we were lead to believe they did if it was permanently affixed.
