William was candid and always had an answer. When he didn't, he would find the answer and bring it to us almost immediately. I could always get a hold of him. A lot of people told me to stay away from big banks, but we had a great experience.

It took longer than expected, but maybe it was do to other reasons I/we are not aware. It may have been out of New American's control as well, I'm not sure. My name was wrong on the paperwork and we had to pay for the notarizer to come back out for a mistake that was not ours to begin with. Other than that we got our loan and we are happy.

Underwriter needs more training. Processor needs to learn to return phone calls. Calvin did AWESOME! Do to underwriter, we will not be recommending your company. If Calvin goes somewhere else, we will follow him.
