In the beginning everything was good. However the appraisal that was done was not done correctly and when it was redone we never heard back from anyone. I believe it is important to have correct info when it comes to any loans. Because the appraisal came back high enough to cover the loan nobody seemed to care about the incorrect information. At this point there was a moment that Eric had a different tone the sound of annoyance in his voice. So it wasn't the worst experience but not the best.

The thing that most would have made it better is clear and direct communication all at once about the information process. it seemed new things would pop up every day for a while that needed to be handled immeadiately. If all of these things would have been communicated at once it would have created less of a rushed feel to the process. As far as Hassan, he did well communicating about the process and being available. I had no issues with him or his availability.
