Mike was always very responsive to any questions I had, even late in the evening. Everyone I interacted with was great. When there was a little miscommunication, there was no pointing the finger at someone else. That person owned it and apologized and then it was fixed. That alone is very appreciated. Clearly, customer service is a core value in this company. Thank you!

What a great team! Everyone provided excellent customer service throughout my experience w/them. Kirste, my loan officer, was wonderfully patient, positive and quite knowledgeable. I was really impressed that Bob had a good pulse on my situation even though my refinance was most likely smaller than many they are working on. I received several communications from him. Thanks to Bob and his team! I would recommend their services to anyone!
