One thing that I would have liked to see better was with our loan processed Christine. I do not feel that she had the best communication. There was also a large miscalculation between our pre-approval and closing where we had to pay almost $20,000 down more than it was discussed. We found this information out the day before closing.

Daniel was great. Great communication and all around a good effort on his part. Once the loan went to the processor it seemed like nothing got done until a day or two before closing and then it was a scramble. Didn’t hear from the processor until a manager was emailed and attempts to contact her.
