My closing got delayed based on her team not sending my paperwork to HOP while Pam was on vacation. I also had to keep sending forms that were previously sent to another person on Pam's team. Overall, if the communication between the individuals processing the loan were better. And there were no delays sending documents or making necessary phone calls my rating would be all 5. Also, my realtor was told she couldn't come to my closing. However, when I went to close there were realtors there.
