Loyd made sure to let me know everything I could have needed to know - if I wanted to stay on the phone for a half hour to talk about how cost of loan and points work, or if I needed to sign something or submit some documents to keep the process moving smoothly, Loyd was proactive and made sure I had clear answers and steps to follow. And though I admittedly don't have much experience in how refinancing usually goes, it felt like working with Loyd and New American was efficient and painless
