Evan was a very pleasant person to work with. He was always there for me to ask question and to check on thing as they progressed. He did well with what he was allowed to do. He tried to be on top of any situation. If I called him he was there 110%. If he did not answer my call, he would within a very short time. We had a problem closing on time, my agent, sellers agent, and escrow became very frustrated. Manny also tried to expedite the process with no luck to meet the closing date.
