Nicholas was very transparent in making sure I understood what was going on with each step of the process....even parts of the process that did not directly involve him. He makes sure all questions are answered and if he cant answer...he makes sure you get an answer.

Cindy and Gina were absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. The reason I am not giving a 100% score is the delay upon delay caused by the underwriter. Underwriters should not wait until the day before closing to decide or decline a loan approval.
