The entire experience was just ok. The only thing perfect was the loan consultant Jarrod Harris who provided all of knowledge, feedback and comfort when it came to loan as a whole. The underwriters take too long, Quicken Loans does way better at that and manage to get all ducks in row. If it wasn't for Harris I would have accepted their closing offer. 3 out of 5 for NAF 5 out of 5 for Mr. Harris
