Shiv was amazing! He was easy to talk to and responsive by phone, text, and email. I would absolutely, positively recommend him to anyone! However, the experience with the underwriting department at New American was very frustrating. We've gotten about 10 mortgages together over the course of 20 years and we've NEVER had the level of scrutiny and demands that this underwriting department put us through, even up to the last minute.

I have work with Zack a couple of times now. I can say that he has always come thru and met the Closing dates. Zack has kept my buyers informed of timelines. Plus if he needs the client to get him needed information he makes sure they know the importance and why he would ask for certain information or documentation.
