Delilah understood my needs and offered a great refinance package. She was responsive and helped me to understand the transaction, costs, and options. The only reason I rated recommend a 4 is because most folks select a financial partner based a loan costs and interest rates. Otherwise, I would have said a 5!

Brittani did some legwork to get me a discount on the fees which was great BUT she was not pushy at all like so many other companies out there.
