Great - Staff were very attentive with excellent communication. Everything went quickly and smoothly right through closing. There were no delays to set up closing and no delays on paying off prior mortgage and disbursing cash-out funds. The only con is we started off talking about 1.99% and locked in at that but there was a "system error" and we settled at 2.625%. 1.99% was always too good to be true. Felt like a bait and switch but could also have been a legitimate system error.
