Melissa was there to guide us through all the way up until the underwriting hand off. Serei Prak was awesome, too, and probably got tired of hearing from me after the first 3 or so weeks. We were a manual underwrite PLUS a VA loan so there were two other sets of hands in everything. Getting information synchronized was the hardest part by Serei helped a lot with that.
