Everything went well and it was a seamless process. I do wish expectations we set from the beginning of who I'd be dealing with though. I was under the impression that Amy would be more hands on during the process, though I maybe talked to her on the phone once or twice. Her team was always available and around to help, but for someone buying their first home that can be frustrating to not be able to speak with the person you initially got started with, when that was what you were expecting.
