Devin did a great job, everything else was not the high quality service I expected from New American. We came back because I was blown away with the service we received when refinancing our first mortgage last year. It was stellar. 10 out of 10. This time our processor was slow to respond and forgetful. We had to complete more steps this time that were done on the back end last time. SpringEQ was terribly slow and required ridiculous items to get our loan closed. The whole process took two months which I feel is excessive for a 2nd mortgage. Overall it just was not what I would call a good experience.
