Floyd was great to work with. He was very understanding of my situation and although there were times that I didn't know what stage my loan was in I can always call/text him and he would respond right away. I understand with low interest rates he probably got a lot more loans than normal so I was satisfied with the communication as he always returned my calls promptly. I even referred my sister to him!
