Stanley, was always prompt to answer my calls and get answers for me as I worked through the buying process. The process was pleasant and I knew what to expect because Laura explained it to me. After leaving her team is where I ran into issues. The escrow company that was used was not available to explain what the process or timeline would be, ignored phone calls and did not respond to inquiries. It was so off putting I would insist on a different escrow company if I did this again.

Amir was very helpful in getting my loan through. I realize that this is an extremely busy time for the refinance industry with interest rates at record lows. Overall his communication was strong. There were a couple of times when I wondered what was happening and shortly after Amir would reach out to let me know where we were in the process. Amir was head and shoulders above AmeriSave where I had no idea what was happening and never got replies which caused me to change lenders.
