This whole online thing was very difficult to accomplish tasks. I often felt I had to react that day to whatever was needed, which is difficult with a full time job working night shift. There is minimal face to face interaction, which also made it difficult.

Better communications from loan possessor and supervisor. Call me and explain why the different delays. Know the true dates and facts and don't just tell me what you think is true. Include guidelines in the loan docs so we're not left trying to figure out what the document is, how it's to be signed and why it's included. If trustee signature is or is not required indicate same on the docs.
