New American has always been such a comfortable lender to work with. I don't feel like they've ever been pushy or "sales-y" which is what millennials like myself hate! And I feel Andrea also adopted this and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Her team was easy to work with and my refinance process went pretty smoothly, much more smooth than I expected honestly. I would recommend NA and Andrea for any lending services.
