Considering I was refinancing a NAF mortgage that was only 20 months old, this procedure required way too much documentation, took way too long, and cost too much. There is no reason NAF should require an appraisal on my house. The appraisal was only 20 months old, and I was financing only 36% of the houses’s value. Not Khalil’s fault. He and the team did a very good job, but it seemed they were fighting NAF.

I didn't need to interact with Jonathan on this refinance as much as the refinance on my primary residence but he did a great job explaining options and providing all of the necessary information needed to make an educated choice.
