Matt was great, however we had issues with our loan processor. Examples include not meeting deadlines promised to us and us having to pay an extra month of our mortgage to our former loaner, scheduling a date for the notary to stop by and never confirming with the notary, not deducting the extra payment we had to give our former loaner from the total amount financed, not correcting our names in official paperwork until we caught the issue for the second time. This process took us 2 months...

Overall the experience with Matt specifically was incredible. Very helpful and responsive to questions. Matt was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. However, it took nearly 2 months to refinance our home and it was in a large part due to his senior processor's lack luster performance.

Khalil went the extra distance in efforts to make our refinance possible. He gave advice and options to forecast what each scenario would "cost" and look like, how long it would take for our rate buy down to payoff. He also added a personal connection that was lacking with some of the others in his industry. Really personable guy and I'm sure if we weren't 2,000 miles apart we could have a beer and go for a round of golf. Thanks for all of your help and best wishes for you and your family.
