Not having to restart the loan 3 times as well as being informed ahead of time of what would be needed (e.g. different inspections and repairs) prior to getting approval of this loan. As it was we had to address these issues as they came up and always under urgency and duress. This loan was for the long term care of the elderly Vet and homeowner. The anguish it caused him worrying about whether he would receive the needed funds was very stressful. Requirements should have been given at onset.
